主题明确、用词基本上恰当，且各有自己的独特风格，写得相当
不错。当然其中仍不泛存在一些语法错误，这是小学生在起步学
作文中所难免的，我们仍可以从其中得到很大的启发和帮助。)
Bill and His New Friend
一师附小 五年级 李思卿
The sun is shinning. The birds are singing. What a nice
day! Bill is walking in the forest. Suddenly, he sees a dog.
The dog is lovely, but it looks very tired. “Maybe it's ill.”
Bill thinks. “Is there anyone?” Bill shouts, “Whose dog is
it?” No one answers him. “I must help the dog to find its
owner.” Bill takes the dog to his home.
The next day, Bill sticks some paper on the walls of the
city. He writes on the paper: “I found a dog, it's brown. It
looks ill. If you are its owner, please call me. My telephone
number is 56430768. Thanks!”
After many days, Bill still can't find the dog's owner.
Bill makes a small house for the dog, and feeds bones to it
every day. The dog is not often play together. Bill gives the
dog a name -- Little Bill. Little Bill jumps to Bill, and shouts,
“Woof! Woof!” Bill smiles. What a wonderful time they
have!

One day, Bill was walking on the street. Then he saw a
black and white dog sleeping in the bushes, it looked well
fed, so Bill thought, “Some one must lost this dog, I have
to help the dog to find his owner.”
Bill took the dog home and printed out paper that says,
“Found dog, black and white.” Then he went out to put the
papers over the neighbors and bought a bag of bones on
the way back home.
Soon Bill and the dog became good friends. They were
happy to see each other everyday. After Bill finished his
work, he would take the dog for a little walk around the
houses and then ate dinner with the dog. When Bill came
home, the dog always begged Bill to take it for a walk.
Now dog's owner still didn't show up. Bill still kept the
dog in his yard. He said, “I will keep the dog until the
owner turns up!”
How lucky Bill is to have such a good new friend!

On Sunday morning, Bill walks in a garden. The sky is
so blue that it looks like a big precious stone. Some clouds
are floating leisurely. Suddenly, he sees a dog on the side
of the road. “Whose dog is it?” He thinks, “I must find
the owner.” So he finds a small house, and writes a few
words: “Found Dog, Black with white”, then he put the
piece of paper on the wall. The most surprising thing is, no
one comes to the small house and notices the note. One
day, Bill catches sight of the small house, and decides to
feed the dog himself. So he carries a large packet of bones
and leads the dog to the small house.
From then on, the small dog becomes his playmates.
Look! It has got two long ears, two big eyes which always
blink and a long tail. Whenever it finishes its satisfying
meal, it nods its head as if saying:“Thanks a million. I do
appreciate for the delicious meal.”When Bill meets
something unhappy, the little dog seems to understand
him, it becomes Bill's best partner.
Dogs are human's friends. People should protect dogs
as dogs are very useful.
Allocation of Time

Maybe you always ask “How can I get more and more
time?” Now, I can tell you a story.
Once upon a time, there were many people in a village which
named “gold time”. And there was an old man in the village.
Villagers called him “time man”. Because he could “move”
time to a lot of places. Sometimes he “moved” it to the top of
the desk. Sometimes he “moved” it to the playground. There
were many people on the playground. Some did exercises. Some
played football. And he “moved” it to people's home. They
were having a birthday party. And the other people were
cooking.
In spite of this, many people still said,“I haven't got enough
time! Time man, give me enough time!” Time man was very
angry. He couldn't bear it. Then, he killed himself. It was 12:00
p.m. So now we have 24 hours a day.
If you think time is not enough. You must hurry up to do
every thing quickly. And don't waste time. If you can do every
thing well, I think you must be best.
Do you know? Mr. Lu said, “we only can get 24 hours one
day. It brings somebody gold. And it also gives somebody lazy
and unhappy.
I only want tell you,“Don't waste time.”

There are twenty-four hours a day. During a day, what can
we do?
Every one should have more than 7 hours' sleep. So we just
have seventeen hours on doing other things. Working is the most
important thing. Students have homework. Housewives have
housework and husbands have business. Usually, we spend 60%
of time on it. If we have to work, we must have a healthy body.
How can we work when we are sick? So we need to do some
sports. We should relax ourselves. We'd better spend 30% of
time on sports. The last 10% of time, is the happiest time for
children -- they can play! Why? The 10% of time is for festival
and holidays! They can have a party, they can have a picnic.
They can do anything they want to do. That's a happy day,
isn't it?

“Di-da! Di-da! Di-da!” this is a clock. It tells us time. But
how do we allocate time? That's a big question. We should take
time to three parts: study time -- 60%, sports time -- 30% and
play, eat, rest time -- 10%.
I think the most important time is studying time. In this part
of the time we must work and do homework quickly. Then we can
have much time to have a rest and play.
We are teenagers. After studying we must do some sports.
And it can make us healthy and strong. I like sports very much.
When I have time, I go skiing with my friends. We are very happy
to be there.
Foods! What a beautiful word. We eat food every day. How
delicious. And in this part of the time, we should do some
housework with our parents.
Studying is at the study time.
Working is at the work time.
Playing is at the spare time.
That is why the children are happy!
